The Catalyst 3524 XL switch is the member of the Cisco Systems Catalyst 3500 series XL, a scalable line of stackable 10/100 and Gigabit Ethernet switches that delivers premium performance, manageability, and flexibility with unparalleled investment protection. TACACS+ authentication enables centralized access control of the switch and restricts unauthorized users from altering the configuration.
